The icon is painted, with Gold leaf 24karat, egg tempera with pigments.Dimension 30x40cm and 25x35cm.
The gold leaf I use is from the Eytzinger company in Germany. 22 carats, and 23.75 carats.
We choose the best materials according to the ancient tradition of Byzantine iconography.
